What is your hourly rate and does it include editing?
My hourly rate for event photography is $175 and includes editing. For example, if your event is 2 hours, the invoice would be for $350.
Do you work with a team of photographers or is it just you?
It depends on your event. I have found if the majority of your event is happening in one location at a time, one photographer is plenty.
However, if you have multiple locations or have a guest count of over 300, I may need to include an additional photographer in your estimate.
How quick is your turnaround?
This depends on your event and the needs of your PR and Marketing Team. On average, my turnaround is 1 week. There are some clients that require a 24 hour turnaround. We can chat about your needs prior to your event.
Can you provide an online gallery to share with our guests?
Yes! If you are going to be sharing your images directly with your guests, I can provide an online gallery where guests can view and download their favorite images.
Do you have Liability Insurance?
Yes. I have a $2,000,000 policy and can provide a Certificate of Insurance as needed.
